Put the lens on the tip of your finger and keep it in the light. 4- Using your other hand, place the upper eyelid carefully so as not to blink. 5- Carefully pull your lower eyelid with the fingers of your other hand. 6- Move the contact lens towards your eye calmly and steadily. It may help to look up while you hold it in your eyes. 7- Open your eyelid slowly and close the eye for a moment to allow the lens to attach. 8- Follow the same steps for the left eye.
